Gyre 350 power head issue

I having issues with one of my power heads I got two power head gyre 350 connected to one controller B power head is working fine but A power head is not work on the controller it says off and then it shows a power tool symbol I clean the power head check to see if anything was wrong with it but it looks good I need help please or send me to the right direction thank you
