I can not get the refill to work. I have tried turning it off and turning it back on. I tried plugging another pump into the p3 socket. I believe that the controller is bad because nothing’s working on the p3 socket

Zach were they able to relsolve your issue? I currently have the same issue. they already replaced the control unit with no change. did you find a work around to it?
