hello I have a xp5000 int skimmer and it is sitting in 7.5" of water. I can not adjust the skimmer down enough to keep from overflowing instantly after turning on. do you have any suggestions to what is wrong. I have also tried unit at 10" and still same problem.

The skimmer should be in 6.5" of water. Please raise the skimmer and give it a try.
