I have an XF130 that has been in service for about 2 years. For most of the time it was running in pulse mode at about 30-40% at roughly 30-45s intervals. I did upgrade to the the new ruggedized propellers, rugged propeller bushings, and replaced the cage bushings in October, 2016. Suddenly the Gyre will not run correctly in pulse mode. It will start the high flow portion of the cycle as I power on the Gyre, go to the lower flow, then I get the blinking red power indicator. I have to power cycle the controller to get it to work again. For now I have switched to continuous flow at 40% and it works.
Should I tear down the motor block assembly and replace the bushings? Is there something else I should do to address this?

I suggest taking the entire pump apart and clean all parts and replace the bushings. When cleaning inspect all pump parts for damage or wear. If you continue to have issues please submit a support ticket at coralvue.com/support.
