I purchased the AQ-1000S pump as a replacement for my Reef Octopus 110-S. I am having a problem fitting the red cap of the bubble cup to the pump outlet?? It appears as if I need some kind of extension pipe to accomplish this? Why isn't that fitting included with this pump if it is, in fact, the pump for the Reef Octo 110-S? I am VERY frustrated and would greatly appreciate your assistance in getting this skimmer in working order.
