Maxspect r420r 15k LCD screen blank?

The LCD panel uses a ribbon cable that plugs into the control board and a 4 pin cable that goes from the control knob to the control board. Please check to see if one of these 2 connections may be slightly loose. Sometimes this happens in the shipping process and may just be showing up for you since your fixture is still pretty new.

I'm attaching the Razor Service Manual to assist you in taking the covers off the fixture to get to these cables inside. Let me know if you have any questions and what you find when you check these cable connections.

That's all I can think of to try without replacing parts. Please provide a copy of your purchase receipt and your shipping address and we can send you a new LCD panel if you're comfortable replacing it on your own. It would basically be a matter of removing the old one and plugging in the ribbon cable and 4 pin connector like I had you check before.
