I am trying to setup my icecap ATO and when I turn it on it just beeps and flashes red and does not pump water. What is the issue here? Please help!

Sorry for the issues you are having. It sounds like the feed pump is not responding. Check to ensure the pump's plug is fully inserted into the controller. unplug the ATO from power and retest. If it continues to not pump water then eventually alarm, check the ATO water pump's impeller for any lodged debris or damage. If none re-assemble and test again.
