The SATO-100P that I purchased has been set up the way the online videos show it needs to be done. However , when it is plugged in all three lights just flash and make an audible beep . I thought at first it was taking a second to program itself when plugged in , but no it just continues to sit there and flash and beep. What is the issue here ?
