Please make sure to enclose a copy of the purchase receipt along with a brief explanation of why you have returned the item. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Kindly ensure that the items are appropriately packed and the package is secure, as we cannot be held liable for any damages or lost packages.
Once we receive the items, our parts department will examine them to confirm that they are unused. If they are in a condition to be sold, we will refund the amount received, minus the shipping charges. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed and reflected on your credit card or PayPal account.
