Faulty ballast

I recently had a CoralVue 660 repaired by you guys, however, when I received it it is still doing the same thing it did before I sent it to Coral Vue, I tested in a working light, same things. Do I need a new RMA or can I use the same one I had to send the ballast in for repair?

Installed the repaired ballast and turned it on, the light came on and stayed on until the timer turned it off, when the timer was to turn it on, the light did not come on and now does the exact same thing it has been doing all along (turns on for a second and then turns off immediately) Is it possible that this one ballast has other issues? Can I return it for a replacement?

I don't think the problem is in my light wiring, or electrical source. I use another light in there without problems when this ballast was out for repair (twice now) and I can take my one working 660 and put in there and everything works fine.

I think this one has other problems, would like to replace it please.

Yes, please return for replacement. The circuit board manufacturer has identified a possible problem and so far everything has been working perfectly.
