I believe one or more of the LED boards may have a bad chip that is draining the power on the blue channel. Please let me know if you are willing to open up the Razor, remove the lens covers and take photos of the LED pads that you're having issues with. I would also like to see a photo of the driver board. It is the red circuit board that has 2 round coils and 2 green terminal boxes on it.

The driver board looks fine. The B2 P actinic chips have failed on the pad you sent the photo of. You can tell by the brown color around the chips. often when a chip fails like that, we see that it affects the others on the same circuit by putting extra stress on them and they fail as well. It is likely that the chips have failed on the other 2 pads as well, but I can't say for sure without seeing them. I recommend replacing the LED pads. Maxspect has discontinued the 16000k pads like you have and replaced them with the 15000k pads. If you have the black lens covers with the round, clear lenses, they will need to be replaced with the 120 degree reflectors because the 90 degree lenses are not compatible with the new 15000k pads.

You can purchase the parts and replace them yourself using the links below:

Or, if you would rather send it into us, we offer a repair service for $120 that includes all parts and labor needed to repair your fixture as well as return shipping. This is usually the best way to go cost-wise considering the driver and control boards are $50 each, the LED pads are $60 each, and the reflectors are $14.99 each.

Let me know which option works best for you and if you would like to send in for repair, I will give you further instructions.

how long is the turn around on repairs ? What is the cause of light failure, I thought one of the benefits was 10 years without replacement

Our technician is usually able to repair and send back the same day or next day after we receive it in our facility.

I'm not sure what caused the failure of the chip but nothing is guaranteed to last forever and never have any issues. Just like you might purchase a home appliance or a vehicle and expect it to last 10 years or more, sometimes parts go out and have to be replaced.

where does it need to get shipped to? I will calculate the shipping cost. I may just fix it myself, I already switched to the 120 lenses.

The difference in the 15000k and 16000k is not a lot but it is noticeable, especially if the fixtures are side by side.

So decided to buy the led pads and replace them myself. Now channel b is working but not A. Do you think I wire it wrong? B+ to B- from pad to pad

Please refer to the wiring diagram at the top of the Razor Service Manual (attached) and double check to ensure everything is connected correctly and well. It may just be a loose connection somewhere.
