Should I pick the CLSC-110 (NWB-110) adaptor. Also, that pump must be very efficient my old pump was 18watts and 250 gph.

You probably had the OTP pump so now you will be upgrading to the new Aquatrance pump. In essence, you will be converting your old NWB110 skimmer into the new CLSC-110INT skimmer.
