I'm trying to upgrade my turbine 9K running firmware 1.6, which I've just bought from you, to firmware 2.4.
I'm no stranger to the maxspect controller firmware upgrade procedure, as I've done it before with the gyres.
I've tried following the different instructions by coralvue and by maxspect, formatting the microSD with an allocation unit size of 8192 and 4096 respectively.

Normally, with gyres, upon selecting "firmware" in the setup menu, "Upgrading" appears on the controller screen.
However, with the Turbine Duo, nothing appears on the screen when I select "firmware", and nothing happens until I press something, or disconnect and reconnect power.
Can anyone help me with this?
I need the increase in pump head that comes with the newer versions of the firmware.
