Are they the same ballast (same internal parts) just rebranded as IceCap, as they look identical other than color, or ae they different/better? I ask because I have bought 2 LuxCore 400W and need 2 more. Most or all sites say discontinued or out of stock. Really do want to mix and match if they are not the same.
