I am having problems with a few things on cleaning my XF 230 for the first time.Having trouble of getting the bushing out with the pencil,also using the needlenose pliers of getting that part out also.I have seen the videos on the maintence part and still can't seem to get it.Any tips you might have to help me?

Usually a towel and pliers works best. Just have to be careful not to break the shaft.

No, wrap the towel around the bushing and then pull it straight out with the pliers. That is what you are having issues taking apart right?
