Anyone using IceCap Battery Backup with non-Gyre DC pumps?

I purchased an IceCap Battery Backup for use with my Current eFlux loop wave pumps, since the specs say it works with most 12-24V pumps. Unfortunately, they don't work. Has anyone used the IceCap battery backup with non-Gyre pumps? I'm not a fan of the Gyre design, so I'm looking for any options that can be confirmed to work. Thanks.
