I just got the icv6 and it’s not recognizing to the app.
I followed the procedure trying to connect through the wifi to the phone and it keeps saying to confirm that I have the maxspect wifi (which i do).
It won’t get past this point

Are you having issues connecting the ICV6 to your network or are you having issues connecting your XF330 controller to your ICV6 already connected to your network?

Yes, but are you trying to connect the ICV6 to a 2.4GHz network or the more common 5GHz? The ICV6 is not compatible with 5GHz networks and the phone must first be connected to the 2.4GHz network before you start the setup process.
