Hi , so my question is do I need an additional device to be able to run the triggers or whatever settings I customize on the icecap gyre2k?
It won’t let me run my triggers I can only run it normal and it’s to strong. I customized the triggers to pulsate but it won’t let me run that.

I recommend you submit a ticket. Without looking at your setup, it is hard to diagnose what the issue is. Most likely, the issue is the control is not programmed correctly.
