Razor channel B (blue) stopped working

My light is 2 years old and out of warranty. I took the cover off of the driver board. The plastic on the case and cover had some minor melting. The coating on what appears to be magnets is flaking off. I do suspect the driver board is bad.

My problem is I would like to upgrade to the 15k or get the 10k pucks and get a new driver board but ...... not in stock.

So do I have to wait? How long? Do I need to purchase a new light and scrap this $500 light?

Thousands of dollars in coral is at stake.

The entire switch is loose. I removed the cover and it appears that the switch is part of the outer face of the unit? If that is the case the switch has broken off.

I can replace the endplate. It's no problem for an auto mechanic. It's not really any trouble since I have a light over the tank right now. At first I thought it might have been a shipping problem but there are no pieces in the box which leads me to believe it happened before shipping. It's not that I'm complaining but being a business owner myself it's something I would want to know. You can send the part to the same address as the light:
