Dear Sir/Ma'am,
On the 21st of Feb I placed an order (Order #100000772) to replace my impller for my skimmer. My reef tank has been almost two + weeks with out a skimmer. I have thousands of dollars in a live reef at stake. I noticed my account was also charged for the parts and the account is still in pending status. I called customer service last week to upgrade my shipping (An additional $40) to 2 day shipping and included some additional parts along with it.
The account is still in pending status. I tried calling customer service and it is closed due to martygraw. Please advise.
