Gyre problem

I have an old gyre 130xf and a gyre 3k. I went to clean them today and now both aren’t functioning. The 130 power supply light goes out when reconnected to the controller and will not come back on unless I unplug everything and plug it back in.

My 3k pump powers up but will not spin. It just kind of sputters then spins backwards 1/2 rotation then stops.
