New razor x flashing on and off

Hello. I installed a couple new maxspect razor x fixtures a couple days ago and one of them keeps flashing off and then back on about every ten seconds or so. The control screen also appears to be powering off and back on? Is it overheating? The fan says off while the other fixtures say fan on low.. what can be done to fix this and stop the disco party? Thanks
