I've tried everything to get my smart ATO to work all it does is pump water and doesn't shut off. I've tried cleaning the surface, draining water out of my sump to below my desired level and it just keeps pumping. The hise is mounted a foot about the water level in my ATO container. I place it 3 inches below the water and it still pumps water

While the pump is running, is the green light on the controller flashing or solid? Is the green light flashing when the pump starts but then at some point, does the green light turn solid but the pump still keeps going regardless of the sensor's being under water?
