I just received my gyre 250s. The connection between the power supply and the 250 controller is very weak. When the male end from the power supply is connected to the female end of the controller and tension will separate the connection easily. Did I get the wrong power supply?

I just received my XF280 today and have the same issue. The round, barrel power supply cord barely stays in the connector sleeve. It came out twice in the short few minutes I was pressing buttons on the controller to change settings

Looks like Maxspect made the tolerance too tight and the connection jack isn't allowing the male power cable to completely enter the female connector. We took a hair dryer and heated up the female cable on the advanced controller, this softened the plastic and allowed the male power connector to completely connect. Once the female connection is heated and the male is completely connected the molding will permanently keep the shape, preforming the heating step will no longer be necessary in the future.

We made Maxspect aware of this and they are taking the necessary steps to correct this on the next production run. Thanks for your patience and feedback.

My XF230 has the same issue. I just taped them together. But seems like it was the opposite of being to loose. I will try the hair dryer trick tonight.
