Hello, I got the pump working on initial set up and was able to control it from work or the store or wherever. However, my internet went down and it would not reconnect. I deleted the device from the app and tried to reinstall it, but only got as far as saying it was connected to the network and it was ready to use. However, when I went to bind the device, it kept failing to bind. When I would back out to the Home Screen the device was not listed. Finally I just deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it won’t come out of Net S and won’t load past 60% even after 10 tries. Any thoughts or anything I may be missing? I absolutely need this working since I work overseas and need to be able to adjust it on the fly. Thank you!
