octopus reef nwb sss 110 protien skimmer

thanks Carlos for answering my question. I'm new to the sump and skimmer, i also have a over flow boxpf-800 eshopps and rs-100 sump eshopps. My tank is only 75 gallon. Well i ran my skimmer for two days it ran nice with a good skim. Today it looks like nothing is producing is it possible it skimmed all the protein that fast? the bubbles aren't even rising up the chamber. I haven't adjusted it.
