When my lights turn on, they go off after about a second or so. Is this a simple fuse issue or is there another problem?

If one or two of the lamps flashed on, it’s likely something wrong with the wiring or lamps. If you have swapped ballasts and the lamp light up, you know there is a problem with the ballast. Please try the Continuity Test and reply back to us with your results.

The lights effected are my Actinics. I plugged them in to my other ballast and they work fine.

I am finally revisiting this. Do I need a ticket or just send them back? I have 2 that need repaired. Also, is this a common fix? this has happened a few times with one of my ballasts. Last time I bought a used ballast and that worked for a little over a year.
