I have loved this micro ATO for about two months now and disappointed to see it have a weird issue like I am about to explain. Hopefully it is a simple fix and I can continue to enjoy the ATO and not worry about my water levels. Like I mentioned, I have had the unit for about two months now with no issues. Until a week ago the ATO pump has not been pumping. After unplugging the unit/resetting it the sensor understands that it needs to add water to bring the level back up, so it will flash the blue light. After about 30 seconds of it blinking and no pumping of water, because the pump is not running, it will begin to beep and flash red. I have done some research to try and figure out this issue. I will be cleaning/disassembling the pump this afternoon to make sure the magnet is not cracked along with clearing any gunk in the impeller. The pump sits in RO so I only suspect the magnet being an issue. The second possibility is the sensor has gone bad due to my light being an AI Prime HD. Could the sensor be susceptible to the indirect UV light? If so is the sensor covered under the warranty and easily interchangeable? It seems the unit is hardwired and not a plug and play system when it comes to the sensor. If I am able to receive a new sensor and switch it out or if I received an entirely new system, I could make a cover blocking the light from reaching the new sensor. I look forward to hearing from Coralvue and anyone else that could give me some input regarding the issue.
Thanks!

Please submit a private ticket and be sure to include proof of purchase. One of the reps will be able to help you and let you know if it is covered under warranty.
