Need to connect BB HY-5000s to SWC 32mm union

I measured the white SWC volute output from my SWC 250a and it's 32mm so I need a piece just like the one w/o-ring recommended for connecting a BB HY-5000s to an Extreme 250 skimmer but in size 32mm with threads inside to connect to the BB output. When I look at the metric unions offered they all seem to be slip to slip. Hope that you have the correct piece. Thank you.

What pump did you have on there before? The adapter for the BB pumps are specially milled out unions to fit the pump. We only have the selected few to fit our lineup of skimmers. I believe the BB5000 comes with a 32mm output union. I will check with the factor to be certain.

It "currently" runs an Askoll/Laguna 1500 pump w/SWC's white volute, has a broken un-replaceable pinwheel. The "pipe" extending out of that SWC volute is 32mm and the male part of the union is glued to it. This is the piece I need, except w/threads to mount to the HY-5000s instead of slip like the one pictured. Photo(s) here:

The BB5000 has a 1.25" output union. The BB3000 has a 32mm output union. So the BB3000 would work on your skimmer if it has a 32mm male attachment.

In short the male part of the 3000's union can be threaded onto a 5000's volute. No the actual union size off of the 3000 is 32mm. Basically the BB3000 comes with a 32mm union and the BB5000 comes with a 40mm union on the output. See the attached file for reference.
