According to your website this ballast has 4 settings, 250W, 250W HQI, 400W, 400W Super Lumens. Well I received my ballast yesterday and noticed that my ballast has 4 settings also, 250W, 300W, 400W and super lumens. What setting am I supposed to use if I want the 250W HQI setting?

Use the 300W setting for the 250W HQI.
