Are you referring to the INT or the R? On the R, you just need to use the gate valve to reduce the flow. On the INT, the pump comes with a cap and on the cap, there is a knob that will reduce the amount of water the pump pushes into the reactor.

I'm talking about the INT and i turned the knob that was on the pump itself thats the only knob and the flow is still too strong in the chamber

What type of pellets are you using? The reactor was designed for optimal flow when using Biospheres or similar media.

Vertex pellets as smaller and about half the weight compared to ours so that is what is causing the issue.
