My controller says that the Pump A is off and I have tried to switch it to pump B but getting the same message. The indicator light is green and I have reset the controller but still nothing. Please advise on what I can do. Thank you!

Please start a private ticket and be sure to include proof of purchase and the serial number on the back of the pump's dry magnet. One of our reps will be able to help you after verifying warranty status.
