Sorry for the issue you are having with your doser. I am sure it likely has something to do with permissions with the app and your mobile device but not certain. The X4 doser is an older model that was retired when we took distribution of Kamoer several years back so we are not too familiar with them. I will have to work with you and Kamoer to see why the issue is occurring but you will have to open a ticket at support.coralvue.com with your purchase information, and the Serial number off of your devices.
