Yup.. Sorry, TD Sent me another as it the Target breach had them re issue all cards to members who used their card with or without compromise. Funny thing was they never told me. They just shut one down and mailed another. My New CC is 4029-4450-7910-1487 Ex 02-17 Sec 598

Hi Chris. Question. I received the replacement socket for my halide. The wire gauge is much larger on the replacement and the old wiring harness has a green ground wire. Why such a large difference in wire gauge and is there any chance the vendor who sold me these new made an error and sold me a setup for 250 watt when I had bought 400 watt (Including lights and ballast's and all)?? It has me a bit concerned. A fire hazard.if that is the case.
Thanks in advance.

Harry,
The MH setups for 250W and 400W are the same. Is it the wire insulation or thickness of the wire that is different?

Hi Chris,
Both of the wire and the insulation are thicker on the new socket assembly. I have attached a pic. Maybe this helps.
Thanks!
Harry
The wire without the eyelet has a thicker heat resistant insulation. They both look fine, please install that socket and let me know how everything works.

Attach the green wire to any piece of metal near the socket.
