My question is do you think I need a new sensor previously was working fine for six months everything is installed correctly don’t understand why it didn’t shut the pump off. Any help would be appreciated. I really like the Micro unit but really need to fix this to make sure it doesn’t happen again Thanks

I am wondering if you have any dirt or anything on the sensor as it may need cleaning. Did you make any changes on your tank recently as sometimes adding a light source could effect the optical sensor. We have noticed people with all in one tanks have added covers to prevent external light from affecting this. Let us know if this helps.
