thanks for the reply, how about a 400 watt 20,000 kelvin or better a 22,000 kelvin. I'm thinking of swapping out my 1000 watt ballast for a 400 watt since I mainly need the blue violet spectrum and not so much lumens. also, is the unit probe start or pulse start. thanks
