I am using the manual option for water changes because 10 percent of the time the water passes the sensors or the refill pump will not activate. If I was not there to watch the process I would have disasters. When it works 90% of the time I love it. I tell everyone about the product and how much I love it. Can you help me fix the performance so I can trust the auto AWC.

Yes, that was one of the reasons for the fail on the water removal process. The water just blew by the sensor. I keep them clean now.
