How old is your skimmer? If it is under a year old, we can cover this under warranty. Please submit a private ticket and be sure to include proof of purchase as well as the serial number on the back of the pump.

Can you post a picture of the venturi adapter, including the nipple? There are two versions, so I need to see which one you need so I can link you to the correct product.
