You can find the technical information on each product by going to the product page. We are working on making the site a little easier to navigate and find the product you want but it is still in the works and won't be released for a little while.

What are you trying to purchase? If you provide us with details as to your system and what you are looking or at what you are looking at, we can provide you some help!

Nilson,

For a 150 gal tank, I would recommend the following skimmer:

http://www.coralvue.com/reef-octopus-sro2000int-super-reef-protein-skimmer

It is a fantastic skimmer with a hybrid body, very efficient, a great a reliable pump. The pump has a 3-year warranty while the skimmer body comes with a 1-year warranty.

Hi Carlos,
How does the SRO2000 compare to AC20287(code given by Amazon) 6" 150gal. Or the ACV20101 5" 125gal?

Thank you.

Nilson,

The SRO is rated for 200 gallons and it runs on an Bubble Blaster 2000 pump. The skimmer comes with a 1-yr warranty and the pump comes with a 3-yr warranty.

The NWB-150 Classic (http://www.coralvue.com/reef-octopus-nwb150-classic-protein-skimmer) is rated for 150 gallons and it runs on an OTP 2000. (the pump only comes with a 1-yr warranty.)

The SRO-1000INT, ACV20101 on amazon, is rated for 125 gallons and it runs on a Bubble Blaster 1000 pump. http://www.coralvue.com/reef-octopus-sro1000int-super-reef-protein-skimmer. The skimmer has a 1-yr warranty and the pump comes with a 3-yr warranty.

So, the first skimmer is perfect for your tank because it is rated for a tank slightly bigger for your tank. The second skimmer, while is rated for the size tank you have, only has a 1-yr warranty. The third skimmer is too small for your tank.

Best,
