pump noise

I have a hy5000 it was quiet when I got it and now 10 months later very noisy I will have to change pumps unless you can help me The dealer where I bought it say take it off and send it away maybe but my tank is without a pump.I have cleaned it in vinegar to remove calcium nothihg happening Can you help? Art
