Blue LEDs going out on my R420R

I recently had to buy a new powers supply for my R420R 15000k. After a couple weeks my blues went out on one LED pad. I replaced that pad and now one week later the blues went out on another LED. Could you please let me know what you think is happening. My entire system in only 2 years old. I shouldn’t be having these problems I would think. Thanks so much
