Fixing the time sync problem with F4 Pro

When will you fix the firmware time sync problem that started happening 3 months after purchasing? This is frustrating for a unit thar cost $400. Poor quality and extremely poor after purchase support. The word is getting around and you will loose existing and potential customers and eventually go out of business.

Extremely poor and disappointed service. A good customer rep would have submitted the ticket on my behalf and not send me to another site to submit a ticket. I bought two of these poor quality units at $374 each and this is the service I get. Remember customer word of mouth has mire bearing on anything a company can say about its products and services. -1 star rating.
