i am not sure which maxspect razor 420 led product would work best for my reef tank. i have a 7 year old 40"x18"x30"deep tank. i plan to hang the unit from the ceiling above the tank and would like to have lighting for a variety of corals. thanks.

I recommend the 160W (27") Razor for your 40" aquarium. The Razor comes with mounting legs and suspension kit.

The 8000K model is for freshwater planted aquariums. The 10000K and 16000K are for marine aquariums with the 16000K having more of a blue hue.
