the transparennt acrylic (I believe it is acrylic) drain tube on the bottom of my collection cup snapped off with a ragged edge. I tried to superglue it back together and that last about a month. I am looking for suggestions on what to do. Can I get an exact piece and then drillout the old one? If so, what kind of glue would I need to use to firmly hold it?

You cannot use superglue with acrylic. You will need to use Weld-On to create a very strong bond... far better than what super glue can do.
