It seems that I'm having the same problem as many others. I have a blue LED out so all the blue is experiencing significantly less power then my other fixture that's set the same. I purchased the fixture in December of 2013 from bulkreefsupply. Please advise.

I believe one or more of the LED boards may have a bad chip that is draining the power on the blue channel. Please let me know if you are willing to open up the Razor, remove the lens cover and take photos of all three LED boards.

Razor service manual attached.

Sorry I didn't specify this is the 120w 10k model. Only 2 led pads.

I recommend replacing the LED pads.

If you are willing to send in for service we will replace all LED pads and upgrade to the 120 degree reflectors for $100.00 + return shipping.

Otherwise you can purchase the LED pads / reflectors and install yourself.

The 15000K version replaced the 16000K.

Do you mean the 15000k replaced the 10000k? You seem to be out of stock on the website. I have 2 fixtures. So if I change the pads to 15000k I can't just do the one fixture I have to do both. Can you give me a deal on the LED pads and the new reflectors. I need four of each.
