Please use the "Submit a Ticket" on the right and be sure to include the serial number on the back of the pump plus proof of purchase.

I took the time to submitted a ticket 4 times online trying to get help with my pump. It never worked and never went through. I'd press submit and it would then be blank like I was starting all over
