3k icecap controller run new 4k or 2k pumps?

my 3k is unclean able. can not open with damage the shaft. it would be the third time replace the internals. Can the old icecap 3k controller run the new 4k or 2k pumps? I would get the new controller but lacks features. i would get the hydro flow but lacks pump capability.
