Can't get my new xf 330 to come up the syna-g app.

I have the app connected to the ICV6 but my gyre isn't coming up in the app. Brand new ICV6 and Brand new gyre xf330's with controller. Any ideas?

It's odd. I can hit the eye and that changes colors and resets but I can't click the white dot to check mark it. I watched your video on it on youtube and it seems pretty straight forward. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone with no luck.

By any chance do you have access to a different device that maybe you can try? Just to see if there is an issue with the Galaxy S9 software? You know Android software is slightly different per manufacturer... one of the few drawbacks of Android as compared to Apple.

No, the app can only be used on mobile devices. I'll need to forward this to the manufacturer so they can find out what the issue is.

Mine comes up and I'm able to click the eye however the white dot will not select, I can turn the dot on and off on my return pump however the 330 gyre dot will not change state.

Have you tried resetting the pump controller? Do a full reset on the controller and then try again. That usually solves the issue.

Hey Alex and Carlos, The Reset worked. I'm able to control them now.

Alex in case you don't know the procedure to reset it was posted on the forums for me as well.

"Hi, thanks for your support. This is customer service from Maxspect. It looks like a little bit signal jam. Please kindly help to reset the controller and add it again in Syna-G APP.The Methods is: 1st cut the power of the controller; 2nd Press and hold the dial of the controller while reconnecting the power, then you could enter System Setup Page; 3rd On System Setup Page, turn the dial to select "Option 2 Reset". 4th Try to add it again in Syna-G APP. Please give it a try and share us with update."
