Hey Alex and Carlos, The Reset worked. I'm able to control them now.
Alex in case you don't know the procedure to reset it was posted on the forums for me as well.
"Hi, thanks for your support. This is customer service from Maxspect. It looks like a little bit signal jam. Please kindly help to reset the controller and add it again in Syna-G APP.The Methods is: 1st cut the power of the controller; 2nd Press and hold the dial of the controller while reconnecting the power, then you could enter System Setup Page; 3rd On System Setup Page, turn the dial to select "Option 2 Reset". 4th Try to add it again in Syna-G APP. Please give it a try and share us with update."
