Reef octo 2000

Hi. I’ve had this hob skimmer for approx 8-9 months and it has suddenly gone from working great to being unable to push water in and through the compartments. It turns on, and is actively trying to work, but it simply will not fill with water anymore and isn’t functioning as it should. I would appreciate any help with this product as it should still be under its warranty. I do have the receipt I can forward to someone as well.
