I just installed my new bulbs into this fixture and I can not get the bluetooth to pair. It is not recognizing the fixture on any of my devices. I have an apple 6plus and the lastest Ipad. I also tired looking for the giesemann matrixx dimtec app which the instructions gives me but the app doesn't exist. Please help

There is no Giesemann app on the iPhone or iPad. You need to use a regular Mac desktop or Laptop, a PC or an Android device. Do you have any of the ones mentioned to work with the unit?
